- Jejum não obrigatório.- Informar medicamentos em uso e, se mulher, informar se esta grávida ou se usa anticoncepcional.
- Informar qualquer medicamento que usa ou usou recentemente, inclusive fórmulas para emagrecer (Triostat, Thevier).
